Wessex Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items within 28 days subject to the following conditions.

This returns policy should be read alongside, and in addition to, our Terms and Conditions.

  1. This returns policy explicitly excludes any items that have been made to your specification or designed specifically for you or bear any permanent personalisation markings (e.g. personalised engravings).

  2. If you want to return the item you have purchased, you must notify us by emailing info@wessexwatches.co.uk, up to 14 days after you receive the item.

  3. You then have a further 14 days to actually send the product back to us.

  4. Returned items must be unused and must be returned in or along with original packaging and any enclosed documentation.

  5. A refund will be refused or a deduction can be made if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary or they are returned damaged.

  6. If the goods have to be sent back to you a reasonable delivery charge will be made.

  7. When you return a purchase, you need to ensure you use a secure and tracked method of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL, FEDEX ).

  8. When Wessex Watches have received the returned item, it will be inspected before a refund is given.

  9. Wessex Watches will then process a refund which will take no longer than 14 days after it receives the returned item.

  10. The refund is issued to the original payment method used to pay for the item. Note, it may take a further seven days for the refund to appear back on your card.

  11. Refunds will not include any charge made for the original delivery of the products.
